A Pleasant Curiosity
My name is Iro.
Since childhood, I have been accompanied by a pleasant curiosity about how things work. I observed the world in ways that often led me to being fascinated by discovering what lies beneath the surface of what we see.
This curiosity first led me to Engineering, where I began my studies in Mechanical Engineering. I was fascinated by the idea that something could be taken apart, understood, and recreated again.
In a way, it was my first encounter with the magic of creation.

From Mechanics to Meaning
Over the years, I began to realize that the curiosity that had led me to engineering was searching for something more than an understanding of how things work.
During that same period, my love for spirituality, which had accompanied me since childhood, began to take on a greater role in my life.
Following this inner calling, I immersed myself in holistic, energetic, and spiritual studies and trainings, while at the same time working in the field of wellness at Elounda Beach Hotel & Villas and training in the Chenot Method® .
Gradually, these two paths began to meet and shape a new direction in my life.
A direction that led me deeper into understanding the human experience and the nature of healing.

A Path of Learning
My desire to understand more deeply the wisdom of the body, the soul, and the way human experience is shaped led me to Craniosacral Therapy, Systemic Counselling and Psychotherapy, and later to Somatic Experiencing®,
At the same time, I continued exploring and experiencing different paths of personal and spiritual development and healing modalities through trainings such as Universal White Time Healing, where I completed all four levels of training and later became a teacher.
Whatsmore i become a Giver in the Board of Knowledge Levels 1–5, the Absolute Board, the total Sun Board, the Angel Board, and the Angelic Healing with Gemstones and continued with further advanced trainings in spiritual development.
Therapeutic meditation also accompanied this journey, offering me another way of exploring the relationship between the body, the soul, and the human experience.
Through this path, something gradually became clear to me something that remains in the heart of my work today:
that the body, mind, and soul carry within them a deep and natural wisdom.

My Therapeutic Approach
My therapeutic approach has evolved organically through this journey.
From engineering, I retained the simplicity of thought the ability to look at something complex and search for its underlying structure.
From my inner and spiritual exploration the perspective of the soul emerged , which often reveals a deeper existential meaning within human experience.
The systemic approach reminded me of something profoundly important: within a system, everything has the right to exist, everything has a place, and everything belongs.
And through somatic work and Somatic Experiencing, a simple yet profound principle became deeply integrated:
less is more.
Often, meaningful change does not come from doing more, but from creating the space for the body's natural wisdom to move.

Today
For the past 17 years, through my private practice, I have had the joy of accompanying people on their journeys of self-discovery, healing, and personal growth through individual sessions, groups, teachings, and by facilitating their transformational journeys.
And perhaps the most beautiful part of this journey is that the child with that pleasant curiosity is still present.
With humility and wonder, she continues to explore the magic of creation and the mystery of human existence.
Perhaps healing is not something we create.
Perhaps it is something that gradually reveals itself when space is created for the human story to be heard and honoured.
And somewhere within that space, something begins to move gently.
Each person's story begins to find its echo once again.
And with it, a deep remembrance of something that has always there emerges.
The inner wisdom that lives within the body, memory, and spirit.
